How to submit a notice

Send notices to [email protected].

To allow us to act, please include:

1. An explanation of why the content is illegal — the specific law or right you believe is infringed.
2. The exact location — the bucket identifier and object key, precise enough for us to locate the content.
3. Your name and email address. Not required for notices concerning child sexual abuse material.
4. A statement that your notice is accurate and complete, made in good faith.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt without undue delay.
• We assess the notice and decide what action to take.
• We notify you of our decision and the reasons for it.
• Where we restrict access to content, we provide a statement of reasons to the affected user.

We will tell you where a decision has been made by automated means.

Misuse

Notices submitted in bad faith or which are manifestly unfounded may result in us suspending processing of further notices from you.
